I’m Srikanth Chirra — a technology leader with a career in enterprise infrastructure, and the founder of ManaDigitalAI, where I bring AI into digital marketing so businesses can grow with more clarity and less guesswork.
About
More than a job title.
Somewhere between managing infrastructure that global banks depend on and building a company from nothing, I stopped thinking of my career as a straight line — and started seeing it as one continuous education.
Fourteen years inside enterprise messaging and middleware taught me how systems actually work — and what breaks them.
Being trusted as the single resource on infrastructure transitions taught me how people and teams work under pressure.
Founding ManaDigitalAI taught me how businesses work — what they need, and what it takes to deliver it.
Now, AI is the thread connecting all three — helping me build and lead differently than I could before.
I didn’t leave technology to build ManaDigitalAI — I brought it with me. The discipline of keeping critical systems running is the same discipline I use to build a company: understand the mechanism, respect the constraints, and improve it deliberately.

2022 — PresentHyderabad, India
Leading MQ/WAS infrastructure delivery across two enterprise programs — planning migrations single-handedly and keeping messaging platforms stable for businesses that can't afford downtime.
- Owned the high-level plan to transition MQ infrastructure from a different organization as the single assigned resource
- Planned and executed migration of legacy MQ servers to the latest MQ version
- Installed MQ packages across AIX, Linux and Windows using side-by-side, multi-stage and single-stage methods
- Built new MQ setups, configured queue managers, and managed SSL certificates for new and existing environments
- Implemented cluster and cross-platform distribution communication; monitored queue managers, queues, channels and listeners
- Worked directly with the BMC team to configure and fine-tune monitoring alerts

Five years administering WebSphere MQ and supporting enterprise integration for one of the world's largest banking groups.
- Administered WebSphere MQ Series 6.x, 7.x and 8.x, and built cluster setups across MQ servers
- Configured and monitored MQ listeners, channel initiators, trigger monitors, log files and dead letter queues, using IBM ITM
- Took MQ object definition and message backups using QLOAD, Save Qmgr and dmpmqcfg
- Provided L1 support for WebSphere application services and IIB
- Worked on MuleSoft and Salesforce administration, contributing to enterprise integration projects using Mule ESB, Spring API and Enterprise Integration Patterns
